Delivery, Refund and Returns Policy

There are two options for delivery by courier for the UK only: Express: Delivery is normally 2-3 working days Economy: Delivery is normally 8 to 14 working days

Deliveries to remote or offshore destinations may be subject to extended delivery times.

Royal Mail: UK Only First Class Recorded: Delivery is normally within 3 working days – up to 2kg only – rolled items cannot be sent this way.

Courier: Outside the UK There are two options for delivery by courier for areas outside the UK: Priority: Delivery is normally within 3 working days Economy: Delivery is normally within 10 working days.

Royal Mail: Outside the UK Airsure: We use Airsure, where possible, for full sample ranges only. Please note that the delivery times quoted are only a guide. Delays can be incurred due to local Customs clearance etc. Customers are responsible for payment of any import duties levied by local Customs Officers.


Whilst we aim to despatch orders within 48 hours, there may be occasions when this may not be possible. Delivery charges will be confirmed to you before you check out and pay for your goods.



Claims for apparent defects must be notified to Whaleys within 3 days of your receipt of the goods. We will only consider the claim if the goods are still in their original state and have not been cut, treated or processed.

Claims for latent defects must be notified within 3 days after receipt of the goods or immediately after identification whichever is the earlier. Processing must be stopped immediately after identification of the latent defect unless an extension of the damage can be avoided or we have expressly given our consent.

Subject to the above provisions, should the returned fabrics prove to have manufacturing defects then suitable replacements will be issued.
